Schoolhouse Pond (BR-205) covers 6.2 acres and has a maximum depth of 3 m (9.8 ft). It is located south of Route 6A (Main Street), west of the Brewster Fire Station and Council on Aging.
Access to the pond is located on the south side of Route 6A, just west of Alden Drive. Parking is available for fishermen and vehicles with cartop boats. There is a small deck for handicap viewing and to fish off of with an area to the left to launch cartop boats.
